I found this beauty today shoved in a box in our pantry (thanks sweetie 
). Here’s a thrifty solution.
Use a binder clip to keep the empty portion rolled up. . . and you can easily hang it if you’re so inclined. It works for toothpaste too, but you might want to find a cuter binder clip to match your bathroom decor (unless your bathroom theme is office-supply-chic). Merry organizing!
